The Austro-Italian singer grew up in Steyr/ Upper Austria and decided quite soon that she wants to become a musician. Next step, graduation from the pop music branch of her high school where also she met her later musical partners Sophie Lindinger and Marco Kleebauer aka LEYYA. When the successful pop duo came to her of course she took the opportunity to work with them. Et voilà the three landed the spontaneous hit “Nobody”.
Some of Mella’s role models, Amy Whinehouse, Charlie XCX and Dua Lipa, are from London. Hence Mella shot the video for her debut single right there.
